Forum on Aging: The Hidden Effects of Stress—How to Preserve Caregiver Health

Aging Together is hosting an in-person Forum on Aging focused on the physical and emotional effects of stress on caregivers. The presentation will explore how stress impacts caregiver health, drawing on the presenter’s research, and will be followed by small-group discussions.

The program will be presented by Paula Sherwood, PhD, RN, CNRN, FAAN, Professor of Nursing at the University of Virginia School of Nursing, an accomplished nurse scientist with extensive research and leadership experience.
