Mr. Scott Kennedy Rooth was born on October 26, 1951 in Dallas, Texas. His parents divorced when he was six years old and his mother moved him and his brother to Del Ray Florida. He attended boarding school in Massachusetts, the same school his father had attended as a child. In 1975 he graduated from Princeton University.
