Dogwood Village would like to recognize Earl McCauley for his contributions to the facility. McCauley was born and raised in Maryland and has many siblings. He landed a job with Potomac Edison Power Company where he worked for 36 years. Earl is currently married to Brenda McCauley and lives in Orange.
The couple has 5 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. They are active members of Zion Baptist church and enjoy fellowship with their church family and community friends. Earl loves to learn and has many areas of expertise including ministering to others. He is pictured with his good friend Barbara Hutchinson who resides in the facility.
