Dogwood Village would like to recognize Marcia Colby for her contributions to the facility. Mrs. Colby lives in Orange County with her husband and has been volunteering in the facility for about 4 years along with the Virginia Master Naturalists.
She has two children and a grandson and enjoys spending time with her family. Mrs. Colby is a member of the Orange Baptist Church and volunteers with the food pantry.
She also grows many flowers and enjoys taking cut flowers to her friends and neighbors. Mrs. Colby moved to Orange with her husband 11 years ago and enjoys the advantages of a small community. She is pictured with Dogwood Village resident Terrell Baskerville as they water plants in the resident garden.
